GUIDELINES TO SELECT THE REGISTRATION FEE

  • If you are an Oral Presenter or as a Poster presenter you should register as a delegate/student.
  • If you are a listener you should register as an attendee.
  • However, if you cannot participate but still would want to present at the 5th International Conference on Climate Change 2021 – (ICCC- 2021) you can select the virtual presenter
  • The registration fee is based on your citizenship, not nationality.

Group, Co-authors, and Discount

 You are eligible for a discounted rate on the registration fee if you are a group of 5 persons and/or more or a co-author of a paper presentation.

If your group comprises of more than 10 people please contact our organizing committee for a higher percentage on the discount rate.

 

If you are presenting more than one paper,

The Author can present only three papers in maximum.

If you are presenting more than one paper at the conference;

  • You have to pay the full amount for the first paper.
  • If other papers are oral or poster, then you have to pay additional 100USD for each paper.
  • Confirmation on the number of papers should be given to the Conference Secretary two weeks prior to the final payment deadline.
  • If you have more than 3 papers, the additional paper can be presented by another group of Co – Authors on full registration.

What is this Hybrid mode?

ICCC 2021 has turned into a hybrid conference mode and we have introduced this hybrid format to all the people around the world to join the Conference without any barriers. We know that due to the COVID-19 global pandemic situation many countries have made travel restrictions. We as professional Conference organizers in the industry will continually monitor and maintain good health practices throughout the Conference. We kindly advise our participants to adjust to this hybrid format and maintain all the health measurements recommended by the WHO during the conference and at the same time we would like to encourage those of you who cannot take part in the Conference physically, to join the conference virtually and obtain the whole new conference experience as a physical participant.

There are four (04) types of presentations available in the  5th International Conference on Climate Change 2021 – (ICCC 2021)  and you can register to the conference by selecting your preferred presentation type. The main presentation types are Oral, Poster, Virtual and Online Virtual Presentations. In addition to the presentation types you can register for the conference as an Attendee.

If you wish to be a Non presenter/Listener at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee:

If you wish to be a Poster Presenter at the conference, following things are included in your registration fee: 
  • Presentation slot (15-20 mins for PPT and 5 mins Q&A)

  • Conference pack (Abstract Book (Hard Copy), Notebook, Pen, Conference Schedule, and Copy of Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
  • Participation Certificate
  • Eligibility for all technical sessions and workshops inside the conference
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • Conference photo coverage
If you wish to be an Oral Presenter at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee:

  • Conference pack Conference pack (Abstract Book (Hard Copy), Notebook, Pen, Conference Schedule, and Copy of Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy)
  • Participation Certificate
  • Ability to get a physical conference experience through ZOOM
  • Eligibility for join with all keynote and plenary sessions
  • Eligibility for all technical sessions and workshops inside the conference
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
If you wish to be an Virtual Presenter at the conference, following things are included in you registration fee:
  • Abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book
  • An opportunity to publish in conference proceedings
  • An opportunity to submit your paper for peer review to the supporting Journals
  • An author certificate as a virtual presenter, Book of Abstracts and Conference materials will be posted to every virtual presenter after the Conference`

PAYMENT METHODS

PAY BEFORE THE DEADLINES

Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the Dates of Importance

Both Oral Presenters and Non-Presenters/Listeners are required to register and pay their registration fee before the final registration deadline. If you pay before the early bird deadline you will get a cheaper rate on the registration fee.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

There are three payment options available for 5th International Conference on Climate Change 2021 – (ICCC 2021).  You can pay your registration fee through,

  1. Online payment system
  2. Bank Transfer (TT)
  3. Onsite payment

Before making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, please register online and select your registration fee.

An online payment system is the fastest and easiest method to pay your registration fee and we recommend you to follow this method. The guidelines for the online payment system is as follows,

Steps to follow when you pay your registration fee online

Once you registered for the conference, you will be receiving an email with the invoice and customized link. You can make the payment online using the link

Once you click this button online payment form will appear on your screen. Apply your registration fee in the form as per the invoice you received. Online payment system (Visa/Master Card only) requires you to add an extra 4% to the applicable registration fee as bank service charges.  This 4% will be automatically added to the applicable registration fee when you are ready to make the online payment.

If you could not pay via your debit/credit card?


Sometime you may try to pay via this method and could fail.

It usually happens due to the security process of the banks and you need to activate the card for foreign transactions.

If so follow the below procedure to ensure that the money will be transferred duly;

1) Inform your card holding bank that your payment failed.

2) Inform the bank that you wish to perform an international payment through your card and request them to allow/ verify your card for international payments.

3) Confirm that the card has been verified and continue with the payment.

4) After you get the notification that the payment transaction was completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.

**Note:

The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk.

Therefore, the participant has to add US$ 5-10 for the international transaction cost. Any addition received will be reimbursed at the Registration Desk.

If you have funding issues and other unavoidable circumstances, you can register online and pay onsite at the conference. To confirm your participation and reserve a slot in the conference program so that you make payment onsite on the day of the conference, you will have to pay USD 50 on the day that you are making the request that a slot be reserved for you.

 

Requisites for the onsite payments

If you are paying the registration fee you need to confirm your participation with your

  • Scanned copy of the Air ticket
  • Scanned copy of the passport
  • Accommodation confirmation receipt

If you are oral or poster presenter you will be included in the conference program once you submit these documents to the conference secretariat.

 

No show policy for Onsite payments

If any participant confirmed his/her participation to the organizing committee by sending the proof (copy of the air ticket) and is not available to present at the conference will not be accepted.

In that scenario the organizers will take the following actions towards protecting the goodwill of the company and to adhere to the immigration policies.

  1. Inform to The Embassy/ High Commission
  2. Inform to their University/Institute
  3. Add to No-benefits list

To avoid these please inform your No-show before the conference close. Also, you may need to pay half of the registration fee within 15 days post conference.

Funding and Visa

Please submit your paper well before the deadline to the conference allowing more time to work on funds. Since the 5th International Conference on Climate Change 2021 – (ICCC 2021).  does not have funds available to pay for the registration or travel expenses you may need to take required measures for funding.

You are encouraged to begin planning for funding and visa arrangements at the earliest as the processes can sometimes take several months.
